What is your refund policy?
The department reserves the right to cancel classes due to lack of enrollment or for any other unforeseen circumstance. In the event the the department cancels a class program enrollees will receive a full refund. Refund requests made by participant 72 hours prior to the start of a class will be issued a full refund minus a $5 administration fee. Refund requests made less than 72 hours prior to the start of a class will be assessed a $10 administration. Refund requests made during the course of an activity will be prorated and assessed a $40 administration fee. Administrative fee is waived if the participant transfers to another class or program. Failure to attend a program or "no shows" will not be granted a refund.
